What is the dispute about? account and money. I was buying his account, after I sent money, he stopped answering and change server with toon

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He said in global chat that he wanted to sell his toon. I wsp asking for KIK, he gave me and we continued the conversation there. He didn't have any credit card to PayPal but instead wanted iTunes gift cards for us. I accepted and bought online and gave him the codes. After I gave him the last code he stopped replying, changed toon name and changed server.

I see you posted an image of the $25 code then the email for the $50 code. Then this happened which I don't understand.

That is a bit of our conversation. I'll try to explain below:

wtb-ranger: why do things like this? what if it was some you kids. Referring to that I ask him why he scam ppl. Now it was me, but what if it was a young kids savings, a young kid buying his account. Wouldn't he feel bad then...

You said you already know the username, how? how do you know it was name changed and server transferred? Who is 'we' ? I only know the toon name (which I supposed was the username, I might be wrong) when I'm referring to WE I'm talking about me and gameloft who is the company behind the game order and chaos. He is no longer aloud to buy runes or to change servers etc and if he logga from another ip gameloft said that they will ban him.

The first 25$ I show I'm the conversation. The second 50$is the code I'm showing in the conversation which he used. Pls tell me if any more info is needed. I would never ever post anything like that for any other reason than to protect other ppl of this scammer!

I added a warning to his account, but there's not enough proof for a ban yet.
