We talked in the league client.. He and my booster were fighting. In the league client he was told he was getting a refund so we agreed to it then I wanted nothing to do with him. I was going to fully refund him which we agreed upon, until he instantly disputes the payment. I was unable to refund the payment last night because he filed a claim right away making me have to wait until I received the claim emails from paypal in order to issue a refund.

When he filed the claim it was already 2 am in the morning and I wasn't going to be sitting around waiting for the email.

As you can see in the picture he filed a claim.

The buyer kept delaying his refund.

They also played a game together before this all happened
