What is the dispute about? Wanted to buy in-game currency in AriesMS. We settled on a price and amount and I sent over the requested payment via ETH. My payment went through and I haven't heard back from him ever since my payment went through.

Other details / notes: I paid via Ethereum -- I sent my funds to his requested ETH address as noted in the Skype conversation, and the payment was indeed completed. Haven't received any response from him/her ever since.

UPDATE: talked to another member who reached out to 'cuilea' on Skype.. turned out she had blocked me. They had a conversation just today where he offered to buy mesos from her, and she replied, and then when he asked to use a MM, she REFUSED!

Let's get this scammer out of EpicNPC.. the community doesn't need awful people like her.

Here it is - I've also attached some more screenshots of the conversation from last night and today -- I've made multiple attempts to try to get in contact with this person and have had no success. He/she claims the power went out, but I've attempted to make contact for over 24 hours now with no success.

Hoping the appropriate action gets taken against this scammer - please let me know if any additional information is needed.

EDIT: cuilea left me a 'negative' feedback rating, saying that she delivered me the promised mesos, although I most definitely did not receive them! The screenshots say it all - I wouldn't be going out of my way this much to frame an innocent seller like this for no reason, why would you be ignoring my messages for 24+ hours straight if you really did deliver me the mesos? Don't try to lie your way out of this one and pretend you're innocent when you know you're not. Karma comes and goes, hoping that this fraudulent seller gets banned so other innocent buyers don't get scammed out of their money in the future.

I refused mm because I've done trades already with others without one. I keep low profile on epicnpc while selling mesos because the GMs / Admin's constantly check 3rd party sites for players who RMT. I traded you your mesos already and left it at that. You however wanted to be a **** about it and get your mesos & eth back.

It's $50 that I'm losing because you're playing victim. What you want me to screenshot every time I trade a player so there is proof of who is RMTing on Aries? I kept you blocked because all you do is spam me saying haha scammer give me my money back. You also send others to spam my skype and attempt to harass me. If the mods decide that I have scammed you, then by all means I will take the ban. However I will not refund $50 when I have already given you your mesos.

LOL... just stop lying and making things up, jesus. You don't answer any of my skype messages, we never met in the FM and YOU know that just as well as I do, you refuse to accept a MM even though the BUYER is the one paying for it.. you've basically set off every red flag for a scammer alert - no need to keep digging yourself into a larger hole. It's $50, I'm over it and I've understood my mistake. I've already accepted the fact that you've scammed me but I just don't want other innocent players to get scammed.

If anything, please, keep posting more, to bump the thread up - it's just increasing awareness and alerting other innocent EpicNPC visitors to keep their money safe from you.

Would I really be going through ALL this effort, just to get you banned and/or get $50 back? Please.. just stop. Let the CMs decide who's right and who's wrong. I'll upload more evidence including timestamps of every single line of chat we had if they need it. I'm not the least bit worried about the incoming ban for you that you rightfully deserve.

Yup, my screenshot has that indeed. Except you never showed up, you never gave me a character name that you would get on, and you also don't have a screenshot of you even in a trade window with my character because YOU NEVER SHOWED UP.

Any semi-responsible seller would take a screenshot of them in a trade window with the buyer showing the goods that they are offering before completion of the trade. Don't even try to provide the argument by saying "i don't want the Aries game masters to know my IGN", because you can EASILY just hide that in a photo with MSPaint - most responsible sellers do. Can you provide us with that screenshot? No, you can't, because once again, you never showed up and traded me. The transaction that you're claiming you did with me never exists. I never got my mesos.

Stop trying to pretend you're innocent and further wasting the CM's time with this case.. you scammer.

I traded him after I told him to meet up, I only blocked him after he started spamming and playing victim. I also began to block his friends who added me doing the same thing.
