At first we were trading in APB reloaded, he seem like fair guy, so i send him the cash, we were allready ingame trading, then he left and blocked me on discord.

He wants more as he Paid. im say NO! first money after Items. then the insult me into game. Idiot. Kid.. Dumb Seller... and he says that he make me bann if im dont give one Weapon more.

Im to old for this. so im just block him. on all sides bc im never want again a trade whit him! if you think im a Lier so ok for me and bann my account here. But im know im not a Lie.

and why im need Record a trade? if im think all ok? taht he abuse me at the end. i cant know... between he does Ingame and not on Discord...

I get it, the video doesnt proof anything only me and @cocain knows the truth, i swear by my death i have said only true and nothing more than true.
I accept your offer @SaltnVinegar if @cocain accepts too (atleast you will have $35USD from nothing ;-) ).

@cocain If you can, please unblock me on discord and we can chat about it if you want, i dont need anymore to make sure that you scammed me, just please if everybody will behave like you, than people will hate each other.

Last task i have, send here a photo of all items i have wanted to trade even the money just to make me sure you wasnt lying allready on discord.

Easiest solution here is if you come in game and give me atleast something, then i will never contact you again.

I'm aware of this possibility. Hence why my previous ruling does not stand. Please wait for another mod to take a look at this.

On the discord screenshot, I can see that payment has been made on 29.10 and the next message sent by @Vojtisek159951 was 2 days later after he noticed that has been blocked. @Vojtisek159951 if you were scammed why did you not write anything and you wait for 2 days for the next reply?

Where is the rest of the chat? @cocain you stated that you were abused by the buyer. Can you post a screenshot where you can prove that?

I have seen many cases where people after they get scammed write something instantly, insulting or cursing the scammer and asking for money back. However here after you sent him the money there is nothing for the next 2 days after you sent him the next message and noticed that you are blocked. Also in his thread, you posted on Saturday 10.31. which is 2 days later the same day when you opened this dispute. This not makes any sense why you wait for that long.

I will wait for the @cocain answer to my previous question.

Dear @Angel im dont do a Screenshot from it. Bc im do my Job and dont wanna spend more Time in a guy like that. He going first im deliver the Items and for me its over. After his Crying over Discount and Absue. im blocked him instant. into Discord.

The Problem is he abuse me in the game APB - Reloaded. So im dont think about anything. im Logged out. Blocked him and never Trade again whit this guy.


ps: i can screenshot the Weapons what im offer into the Thread! if you think im dont have them... So why im wanna scamm?^^

You stated that he abused you on discord and in-game. I want to see proof for your claim as there is no any except that you blocked him on discord.

He just abuse me into the game. im open a Trade to his User name. After he question for Discount´s or maybe Gift´s. im say no give him his money and Weapons. and then he abuse more and more.

Why does he claim that you abused him if you never had chat anywhere except discord? I don't see any offensive language on the images you provided before. @cocain how did you get abused? In what way? Please explain

For the exact Explain: @Vojtisek159951 add me into discord. and wanna buy some from my stuff into APB. he are very Friendlie and Going first whit the Money over paypal -> 60€ For some ingame $ and Weapon´s.

We Meet at the Social server ( for Trading) im Question him for his name. and open a Trade. after he seeing the Trading Window he Question into the game if i can mybe do a Discount or make a small + on Top.

im say, NO. he Accept the Trade and get his Items.


After the trade he wishper to me: and Writes something like, You are a Dumb seller. or Give me a Weapon more if not im Let you bann into APB. Guys Like You Destroy the game and Market.

Im dont think about it und logged me out. for me are the deal finishd. im get my money. so what can happend.

After 2. Days he write under my Thread that im a scammer. Im Delet it whit help from a Mod. and one day later he open that Thread here... and thinks he can make a nice + ....

For me is no Problem im send the 60€ Back if he give me the items/ ingame $ Back.

I am sorry but i can't accept your word as evidence. I will need a conversation image where he is asking a more weapon or any image which can prove that he abused you. I will give you 24 hrs and If you are unable to provide that you will be banned
