Other details / notes: talked to the dude, everything went fine, he did not want to go first since he said he was "trusted", i agreed and went first, send him the account, he went to change the password, i warned him like 6 times, not to forget the password, after that warned him again not to change the email adress, since there is a change account could get banned. He changed the email, and then claimed the account has been banned. I still asked for my money, since i warned him, he pretended 2 times to have sent the money, but nothing arrived. Later on i discoverd he lied and account has not actually been banned (showed in the screenshot on the wot website, logged in without issues) again asked for my money, and shortly after that been blocked by him, and he deleted all skype messages, as seen on the screenshots.
