Dear EpicNPC
I have been scammed by a man called exteze (user on skype) who sold me his account for $10. He gave me all i needed to get into it, user, password, and the steamguard info, but as soon as i logged on, I noticed it was locked. I confronted him about it, he said he would do it in the next 2 days. But i got suspicious, because the account notification said it was locked on November 10th, about a month ago. When i had confronted him about this, he had refused to talk for the next couple of hours, then i went to bed, hoping that i would get a response by tommorow. He didnt respond that morning and when i had tried calling him and accusing him of a scam. I knw that you cant file a dispute, but i said i would. Then he deleted me as a contact on skype. He had also told me even if it was locked, i could play comp matches on cs: GO. But sadly it was no. He did not talk towards the part where i confront him
