Scammed by buyer with paypal dispute even if he already obtained the account

What is the dispute about?

The buyer @Formula_15 bought the account listed on my thread on April 3, 2023 for 160$. Our conversation went nice and smoothly even if no middleman was used. The buyer
even managed to put a 5* feedback on my epicnpc profile due to legit and fast transaction deal. Now, on April 25, 2023 10:06PM (PHILIPPINE TIME), I received an email that the buyer
is disputing his payment via paypal stating that his payment is unauthorized wants the money in return even if we already had transaction, which I sent him the account and its unique login details.

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
