@Adoxia It will be hard to recap everything as BeeShop deleted the characters plus hundreds of items of gear. As a first attempt:

Level 50 Power 700 Titan
Level 50 Power 700 Hunter
Level 30 Power 400 Titan

All pinnacle Crucible weapons except for Mountaintop
Breakneck
Numerous "God-Rolled" Raid weapons from all raids
Two dozen "God-Rolled" Black Armory Forge weapons (includes masterworked FF/KC & FF/Rampage Blast Furnace PR, Dropmag/KC/Rampage Kindled Orchid)
2000+ Vanguard Tokens
3000+ Crucible tokens
Partially completed quests for Not Forgotten, 21% Delerium, Oxygen SR, etc, etc., etc)
All my active inventory, 50+ enhancement cores, all planetary materials, etc
100% of my sparrows including over 15 exotics
97% of my ships including 20+ exotics
80 of my ghosts including ultra rare gambit and raid versions
Ultra rare Subtle Calamity Bow (rampage, archers tempo)
Ultra rare rolls on Iron Banner gear

Well over 2000 hours of time invested and $1,000+ dollars in boosts)
 
BeeShop your upgrades have been removed and a warning added until this issue is fully resolved.

IP (93.40.*) on May 2nd, 5th is the same IP from May 8th. We will accept this as evidence Beeshop or his booster deleted the accounts.

This dispute was opened May 3rd, there is no reason why BeeShop or his booster should be logging into the account on the 5th or 8th.

spartanad, please contact support and claim your account was hacked and they deleted your characters. Hopefully they can restore them. Regardless of what happens, Beeshop will be responsible for an additional payment, but we will first wait to see if your accounts are restored.

i think this thing is becoming absurd, should I be responsible for this for my booster? I hope you're joking because I don't think you're figuring out what's going on.
maybe the situation is not clear, i got tired of this situation of these continuous accusations, spartanad gets fooled and i should be responsible?
Did you realize that Spartanad has approved of its own access to boosting of its own accord? he even paid to do it ... and you want to blame me for what I'm doing?

@EpicNPC WE COULD NOT ENTER WITHOUT PASSWORD AND WITHOUT AN AUTHY CODE. I leave you the attached screenshots of the booster that swiped the spartanad, he has MODIFY THE PICTURE with inspection.
I spoke to the booster and he gave me the video of the messages exchanged between them and the transaction that does not take place on his modified screen.
you can call paypal and identify the id transaction with all datail

the booster has send the register with him when he send the data and password to log in.

@EpicNPC and @Adoxia if you press top right you download the video of the conversations between them that accepts boosting.
Tomorrow i call paypal and I will make you say / give all possible details. I will never pay all that money for something I didn't do

@Beeshop I've offered to let @Adoxia or other EpicNPC personnel view my Xbox account history directly and that offer still stands. The IP log is what it is, which proves you accessed my account and destroyed my Destiny 2 characters.

Yes, absolutely, you are 100% responsible for anything your booster does to a customer's account.

Beeshop, are you saying that spartanad made a 2nd boosting purchase from you after he got his refund the same day?

We will only accept video now, no more images. At this time I would like an explanation of the payment from May 6th, then I will request some video evidence based on those answers.

@EpicNPC of course I agree but after the date of 2 May or 3 we could no longer access the account so we are no longer responsible for what the booster does, if the booster goes about his business to ask to do the work for his account is in no way affiliated with us, he works for different sites is not my responsibility since it is not my job that I entrusted to him

yes exaclty he paid the same booster that we had hired us for the job and was screwed by him, he spun the payment that spartanad made and all the evidence for that is the transaction id to confirm what I'm saying

So when you talked to the booster, he admitted to deleting the characters?

Why would he do that? spartanad just paid him 95 euro, what is his explanation for doing that?

Who did spartanad send payment to? The booster never posted his Paypal email in the chat so how did he know where to send payment?

The email of the booster for the skype account is [email protected] and he send the payment at this email [email protected], the bootser has canceled his answers to remain anonomy, (we are giving it to you without his knowledge to resolve the question)

I did not make a secondary boosting purchase from anyone. I don't understand what BeeShop is saying at this point.

I go over what the booster did, the last log in in his account with our agreement was Thursday, May 2nd, after this day it has not entered on behalf of beeshop. we did the refound on May 6th. on May 5 spartanad allowed access to the booster as shown in the video and email and password and authy code for log in were given.
@spartanad there is the transaction code, everything is tracked tomorrow I will call paypal support for other datails or something like this.
it has make from a smartphone but no problem I will provide a statement from paypal for the transaction tomorrow, you're not going anywhere by telling lies

i found a statement from paypal from transaction it is a pdf, on the paypal site you can download the statement of payment receipts

I have provided all the possible traceable evidence of the case, if you can prove your innocence in any case make a registration from your paypal account from your phone because it is clear that the screens you sent are retouched as I indicated to the admin first

@Beeshop I find it amazing that you are essentially victim shaming me. It was your poor performance in the first place that led to the initial dispute. Then it was you (or your staff, which is still you) who went into my profile and out of spite deleted my entire Destiny 2 account. Calling *me* a liar and attacking me when it has been absolutely proven that it was *you* who nuked my account is unbelievable.

@spartanad "my poor performance" i have done a lot of orders and I've never had any problems, as you can see I have over 50 reviews on epics all positive ok? I have always done my job impeccably. you don't know the times it takes to make a not forgotten since it's the first time you ask to be boosted so why do you speak without knowing? I do not hide or disguise proofs by modifying the images to be right. You are simply angry because you have been cheated by this booster and therefore come to accuse me for a problem that you have caused yourself by just giving your data in private. you are a liar by hiding and denying the transaction you made to that booster. we can talk and discuss as much as you like I am available and clear to resolve the issue but being accused of things not done and more lying to the admin so that you are on the right side does not suit me.
@EpicNPC can I use another device to access my epinpc account without being banned so as to actively resolve the issue? because being in Italy there are 7-8 hours away and I can only respond after a long time towards evening
 
@Beeshop As the admin stated screenshots will no longer be viable as evidence as both of you are making claims that each others screenshots are false. Any evidence provided must be provided as a video.

Please provide a video of the summary page on paypal, make sure to open up the payment showing the email.
 
The 2nd video shows a payment on May 6th to someone by spartanad . @spartanad can you explain what this payment is? Are you claiming this video is also fake?

Your boosters phone number appears in your boosting thread, the *431385 phone number. This means he's not just working for you, he's your partner. I confirmed it's the same phone number via Paypal by resetting the password for his email [email protected].

If HIS phone number appears in YOUR thread, that means you're partners and you are responsible for everything your partner does. You owe $750 to spartanad.

i am Beeshop and spartanad was contacted via another account as seen in the videos, HE WAS NOT WORKING FOR US, his work ended before the client received the refound. After doing the refound he can do whatever he wants Beeshop is in no way responsible for problems that cause boosters for other sites for other jobs.

@EpicNPC so I am accused of being me because my booster did these things without my consent and above all not in my beeshop name, how can you prove that the fault is mine, if spartanad wrote to the guy he was fooled by himself and in addition he lied about the payment received? obviously the responsibility is mine if it happened during the boosting of my account, if he contacts him directly and they make an agreement between them, beeshop has nothing to do with absolutely nothing
He can this site also be a contributor to more sites and therefore? they are all guilty according to your reasoning. If it had happened during the agreement made with us I would certainly have repaid it immediately without problems, but if he goes to contact another site and makes arrangements with this booster and is screwed it no longer becomes my problem, therefore I will not pay that amount
 
Normally the contact information someone puts in their thread is to a central manager position. This person receives the orders, then delegates the work out to the boosters.

Your booster's phone number appears in your thread. If I'm a customer and I contact your booster directly, how do you make money? How do you know how many jobs your booster completes?

If you're putting your boosters contact info in your threads, you would have no clue what you're boosters are doing, how many order they're taking and where money is going. You can't run a business like this.

The contact information in a thread is to a centralized person who manages all the orders. Since the phone number of this person is in your thread, that makes him your partner.

There will be no further debates. You owe $750 to spartanad for deleting his characters. Ban in 48 hrs if the payment is not made.

I could go on discussing but I see that it is useless that he continues to talk, thanks to your help and support for this 6 months together. but apparently we have different thoughts, as I said before I will not make any refounds for it is not right so our paths will separate.
