I had to open a paypal dispute today because this kid supplied me with a invalid code which is useless.i sent payment of $16 (i even added a extra $1 to cover paypal fee for him out of the goodness of my heart)i paid him on the 21st may and he has not replied to any of my messages on skype since even though skype says he has been using it a number of times when i checked.

Not only that but he as also broken contact and i have had to send another contact request on skype.

sorry for the late reply , i asked him as soon as it did not work for a photo and he said he would but then nether did.then he broke contact with me a few minutes later and never replied to me again. i have already escalated the paypal dispute so i just have to wait for them now to sort it out.
