What is the dispute about? I purchased 5x250 (1,250) Mystic Coins (Guild Wars 2 Material) from the seller, he confirmed payment and then ghosted me.
Other details / notes: I understand I made a mistake trusting a semi-new account with no rating, just want to inform it here so the account can be given the proper treatment after the review process is finished on your end. I know I most likely will not receive this money back because I sent it through Paypal F&F unless it's possible I can call it through the bank, which is do-able.
