Scammed by a guy with Skype name of Shaheer Ahmed

This guy has scammed me for my eBook. He sent me an invoice as a Seller and then immediatly marked it as Payed. Now, I am new to Paypal and I did not knew how does this work so I gave him the eBook and only realised it after.
So, information I have about the scammer.

Unfortenetly I do not have the conversation anymore as I went ham and blocked him. Now I unblocked him and the messages are done. All I have is his currect Skype name which I will provide and his IP Address.

He has been notified of the dispute.

First of all, this isn't Youtube.
Second, you intended to scam me from the first place. You sent a fraud payment and you rushed the deal.
And third, your Paypal has been reported as a one who send fraud payments and scam people.
You sent me a Payment as a seller, and you marked it as paid right after. That is enough for Paypal to limit your account.
So you have two options. Either pay me the price we dealt for or wave a good bye to your account. I have Skype evidence and everything I need to proof it. So everything is by my side.
Your call.

That was an alt youtube site it streams vids from youtube, you can't just sell a method that has been released 2 months ago not even by you on various sites....

So is that all you got? You did not knew what I was selling befpre. You had to pay first. You scammed me with a fraud payment and now your only excuse is that the method had already gotten published.
I see where you are going. Just wave a good bye to this account here and to your Paypal account.
