What is the dispute about? Scammed by booster they login to the account and get the account insta banned must be HWID banned on the pc they used to login showing all proof in screenshots

I have not gotten your account banned.
Your account was already banned when I wanted to login. So you should review your playing time and what you did on your account and then blame me. You said you bought your account I offered you boosting on new account but you declined.

On the landing page you can see:
That you agree to no refunds.

Buddy i never bought the account i said i bought the edge of darkness edition on that account as well which is $157 i dont get how that is so hard for you to understand that account had 20 hours of play time on it i was new to the game and paid you to boost so i could catch up to my friends you clearly logged in and caused the perma ban

You account was already banned beforehand. When I tried logging in it says blocked. Your account was already blocked. Do not post false information, thank you.

Then on your morning you clearly did something of the following: cheating/exploiting/glitching/voip misuse/etc... Anything can cause your account to be blocked. Don't blame me for your account being banned because of the timing.

Also, boosting does go against BSG ToS. So you complaining that you are cheating/exploiting/glitching/voip misuse/etc... on your account but boosting is fine?
I'm sorry but I am not the reason I banned your account when I could not even log into it.
 
bro i asked if you could guarantee my second account i made and bought tarkov eod again on would get banned if you logged in and you couldnt guarantee it and then you proceed to block or unadd me thats bad business

But your hostility made be back off. I did not feel welcome anymore. You still could contact me in private message here instead of throwing bad accusations.

if you were to successfully boost the account up and no issues arise then i would have no issue with you and would give you good feedback just it makes no sense when i create an account and buy EOD edition that i got instantly banned when you tried to login it just frustrates me cause now i made a new account and bought the same edition again which was $156 each time

I personally will take your order and boost your account. Your account wont get banned from my service.
 
So it's a perma ban and again it happened only after I gave my info to the booster and they tried to login also I never played the game until about 2 days before the 19th and was only playing with a friend

Provide the email that you would have been sent. The only times I see that an instant ban would happen is either an HWID ban. Which all accounts linked to him would be banned or a manual ban.
 
We would have to wait for support to reply.

Currently there is no evidence of who triggered the ban.

As of now we can have him complete the boost or refund your order. However, he will not have to refund for the account as there is no evidence he triggered the ban.

The other issue is that it seems EFT has a history of false banning as well. So currently there is a lack of any evidence.

After his hardware requested a Auth code from an ip then the account got perma locked which the emails should show in order cause you can't get a new hardware Auth code unless the account is playable and not banned
 
I am fine with the booster boosting the new account but how do I show you the account is currently fine and if he logs in and it somehow gets instantly blocked again that they are HWID banned and now i would be out both my accounts I had bought the edge of darkness edition on and in total with the boost about $461

Wait for later today when I can do more research on this. It could be that they locked the account and did not ban it due to suspicious login activity. This is common is some games/email providers. I do not know if tarkov uses this at all but I would have to check more. However, it is 7am and I need to sleep at the moment but I will look up as much as I can when I wake back up.

Yes, I bought nitro. Changed to something more easier to remember. But thanks for the info, It's all public btw.
 
The only information that I can still find is that there was a large ban wave for RMT on the 19th of January. However, Tarkov has a long history of false bans.

I do not know who triggered the ban. The only way we will know that is when support replies. Which will be a while from what I have read.

The two options that are available are the refund or the boost.

We do not make users accountable for account bans, as buyers fully acknowledge they are breaking a games ToS which could lead to an account to be banned.
 
The booster has already declined a refund when I had asked but I would probably go the refund way because I don't feel comfortable getting another ban potentially if they login and are hwid banned then I'm out of my edge of darkness edition 2x and the money I spent on the boost

No ban was caused from my side. Your account was already banned before me logging in. You probably did not even knew before I told you about your account being blocked. I know the circumstances might point towards me as the cause but that is not the case.
I can complete your order on your new account If you're up for it.
 
And if that one gets banned will you refund the payment and the cost of the game that i had bought if so ill let you boost it im just not taking a risk of losing another $156 edge of darkness account

I can not guarantee a block from BSG because you are buying a boosting service and you are breaking a games ToS. You must know that.
Upon payment buyer agrees to "No refunds are issued under any circumstances".

You have a choice to either accept my boosting service or not. I have done nothing wrong, I'm still waiting on your decision. Just make sure to pass me the account that is not banned in case you decide to accept my boosting that you have payed for.
 
Im saying if my good clear account is insta blocked when you login this time then what im pretty sure you or your booster is HWID banned thats what caused my locked account

Let me be clear. The two options are a refund or the boost for him to choose from.

The issue remains that I do not know who triggered the ban. It could have been either of you.

Currently only a payment has been sent.
 
@Adoxia if i choose the boost and he login to the new account and it gets perma blocked again within a day then what? Thats why im scared to send the new account info i made cause then im out the game which was $156 on this account as well as the boost money

I have already stated the websites policy. He would not be responsible for the accounts. However, he is responsible for either doing the boost or refunding the amount now.

You can decide between a refund or the boost now.

However, if the account is banned again he would only have to refund the boost.

I really don't support such communication and I'm still open to solutions, I'm not running away, I still want to do boosting for you, for what you paid for, of course. But If you feel that way that I am going to ban/block your account you are mistaken. I've done nothing to your account.
That being said, I'm still however ready to complete your order. I did not trigger your ban/block on your account.

I've done boosts for a lot of people. Not one got banned and still playing till this day.

I do not see any reason why I would issue a refund If you are more then ready to take the boost.

That would be void. Again I do not know who caused this ban/account closure. If he had chosen to be refunded you would have to refund or you would be banned.

We decide these on a case by case dispute. A refund would be fair in the fact that there is no way of telling who triggered the ban or we would have to leave this dispute open and wait for Tarkov support to reply.

Edit: It seems he has requested the refund. Please issue a refund to @Thickkk for the boost. 0.0071058 BTC is required to be refunded as that was what was paid. You are not required to refund the banned account as we do not hold users responsible for that.

I don't know what that is. Refund has been sent 4-5hours ago. Check your wallet
 
Send me the wallet addresses that were used in the original transaction. Where the original payment was sent too.

Edit: Ignore this. I didn’t notice it in the original post. I will check that once I am home to see all the transactions.

No idea how to get id. I've done my part. But if this is corruption, at this point there is nothing I can do.
