What is the dispute about? I purchased an account from Blaugrana, after nostalrius changed method of account password reset the account was stolen via recovery. Spoke with blaugrana to resolve, we reached a decent understanding of the situation, I then saw user Ivaylo selling said account (exact gear, unmaxed professions etc. exactly as I left them, skills also alligned the same on the toolbar.)

Was a middleman used? No middleman used for initial trade, traded directly with reputable member.

Could you provide a screenshot of the actual skype ID and provide more proof please. The chat shows nothing. Did you receive an email of a recovery made?


I've notified both Blaugrana and Ivaylo as they both are involved in this.
 
What other means can I provide more proof? Will discussion with blaugrana over the issue suffice?

As for level 60s the price varies a lot depending on gear and just a day back I sold a 4/8 T1 and 1/X T2 human female rogue for 250 euro. But for the standard level 60 account the price is somewhere around 90-140 USD depending on class and gear. The most expensive account I sold was a R12 mage, full BiS (not pre-raid BiS), maxed professions, 1k gold and epic riding before it became the norm for 400 USD. People do care about the time they invest

Initial transcript between Blaugrana and I, [If all that has been discussed so far is true] The original owner was scammed Oct. 7th 6:XX PM, Blaugrana was then selling the account within' 25 hours (My initial point of contact with Blaugrana was Oct 8th 7:36 PM.

@Blaugrana, can you post transcripts of the conversation you had with the person who sold you the account confirming time/date of purchase additonally, their skype name? I've narrowed the window for you, shouldn't be hard to find. In our conversation you seem to of eluded my request for the skype name of the person who sold it to you.


(I asked Blaugrana "Do you still have that shaman?" because I initially contacted him after seeing he was a frequent seller of multiple accounts with hopes he would have my preferred class available for sale even though it wasn't listed. After discussion with my guild, I decided a shaman would suffice our needs and came back to request a trade with said shaman.)[/HIDE]

Sorry, the chat log is long. I was just copyiing for the jist of understanding and upon request of a screenshot of certain excerpts I would provide them. Is there any particular portions I can screenshot for ease or should I just screenshot the entire log so theres no confusion?

Hello again,

I will try to find the conversation on skype . Its a bit hard cause i have many contacts. Anyway will try to find it and post it later. I traded this shamman for a troll male hunter with much better gear. The hunter was banned within 24-48 hours after the trade for account trading.
 
Indeed. I didnt try to contact the hunter owner, cause i knew i would gain nothing from that. I didn't remember that barnanjito was the owner of that hunter until he told me the name of the hunter. Trying to find the conversation of the guy i bought the shamman, having too much trouble. Realy hard to find him.

So after a research it seems that the case from my side goes like this :

1) One friend buys from a guy this shamman we are talking about
2) I trade this shamman for the hunter
3) Hunter gets banned after 2 days
4) Shamman gets restored after 9-10 days

I will ask my friend to send me the conversation with the guy that he bought the shamman.

So I asked my friend for info about where did he buy this shamman. He bought him from erbiiz <-- skype name.
Stree was used as a middleman. I provide a photo from their conversation and i will ask from Stree to confirm that this purchase was actually happened.[HIDE=555]

You're probably going to need to add in the screenshot of the actual transaction, the direct skype name of all parties involved in the transaction, and a date timestamp, not just a time.

Basically 2 more people are involved with the shaman after it was scammed from Ivaylo.

Ivaylo if you were scammed, why didn't you recover you account that same day? Emails can't be changed, so it would have been a simple password reset. Why did you wait so long?

after purchasing the shammy , I and Blaugrana spoke a bit, of high demand of shaman ( was well geared ) and we recieved an offer to trade this shaman named I think Bloodwave with a Hunter with BETTER gear without additional payment, only to trade them , so we did it.

I'm curious, since I've added a good amount of gear (and value) to the account [as you can see on the armory page where gear was aquired after my confirmed trade date], am I entitled to the difference when Ivaylo sells from his original asking price (I can no longer see his transcript so I'm not sure what it was.) and current valuation of the account? (Or even split the difference with the intended recipient of the hunter I traded with providing they're cleared of any wrongdoing).

That was not possible at the time. I think that accounts needed to be inactive for 10 days, or so to be able to change the password. After a week Nostalrius changed their password reset policies.
 
Sorry for answering so late, have been kind of busy. I traded a fresh warlock for that shaman +300g. (From red.metson)
Had it for 3-4 days then i sold it to simon matosevic. Simon has always asked around for accounts by me but they've been too expensive so i thought i'd sell one pretty cheap because he never had a lvl 60. Anyhow, just when i got this shaman i had a bad whisper, tried to contact him, when i got a hold of him he didnt answer and i havent seen him since.

The hunter being banned is just bad luck. The buyer takes the risk and if you happen to get caught for account trading, the seller is not responsible.

I don't know how you want to resolve this issue between the 5 of you. If you have any suggestions, feel free to make them.

I previously stated that on page 2 but it was the last post so I think it got skimmed over.If theres any concerns or alternatives I'm willing to compromise, but I think that's probably the most fair solution.
