I have sold numerous accounts and have strict procedures to prevent situations like this from ever happening and up until this point I have never had an unsuccessful sale. At this stage I have no idea how the seller managed to refund the friends & family payment and have already contacted PayPal Support who refuse to assist me in this matter. This is a lot of money and I have essential bills to pay which have now been restricted.

The buyer managed to refund the $1,000 Friends & Family paypal payment leaving me out of pocket approximately $1,000 USD while he maintains access to the account.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
