The last one is in french. It tells that after paypal gave me reason terell148 contact his bank to cancel payment. Paypal cant do anything more for me.

I will be okay if he give me back my gold or half of the price i sold him. I propose half because i'm sure he took it for selling it less quickly. And I dont want him to loose money.
My gold is just a lot of time spent.

I can understand that for him it seems nothing because i'm far but for me this is a way to pay bills. I'm an human behind the screen.
I will appreciate if we could have an agreement.

As I told him in PM. I can go to french police. Paypal will give them bank and transaction information and then they'll contact your bank to settle this. You could have to pay all of it if I'm lucky. I propose you a way to be sure to not loose money.

I got a message in discord from someone saying they were selling gil on ffxiv . I payed them first and went to ul dah to recive it and they told me to wait 10min after i payed them. Said they wanted to create a new account to move the gil since it was alot.They never showed up and deleted thier disocrd account soon after so i couldnt send any message to them. So they never exhanged anything and assumed they could scam me after i paid with freinds and family. I reported it to my bank as fraud and after about 2 weeks of investigtion to the email they provided i was found to be fabricated. So they reversed the payment . Thier shoudnt be an issue since they never gave me anything and only took my money after assuming they could get away with the scam and i wouldnt do anyhting. But that didnt nesscairly work out since thiers was too much evidince to prove they were fraud. Every things else ive seen so far in thier dispute looks like some made up story with some random guy who sells wow gold. The email they used was [email protected] thier discord no longer exist so i cant provide that. I have the payment statement i sent to them. But it dosent match up with whoever this wow seller guy is or phil guy. If you look at thier message the posted in thier discord chat has reaally bad broken english. They also mention nothing about ffxiv gil and i dont think they honeslty thought it through enough when they tried makeing it up. Ontop of all that they sent an message on epic i guess to threathen me into giveing them the money they scamed or a portion of it and theyll call it off. But thier was no product exchange and so they lost nothing.

thiers alot wrong with this message. First off if if amnerar horde was selling ffxiv gil ...why is he advertised as a wow gold seller? WHy is he not makeing this disupte? Does thier email or name even match whatever email i sent payment to in the attachment below? You can sue for an online transaction like that espically when you were the scammer and dont have anything legimate to prove it? Then i guess they decided maybe they could use banning me as leverage to do what they want. If you keep reading everything else they said logiaclly dosent make sense. They tried to send discord request to me after sending this: thier ids are in the attchament below. Not suprised it doesnt match anything thats in thier so called disupte images. Also doesnt have my discord id in it as well that i provided in the listing message. I blocked them after i saw this message in epic and everything started to make sense. As to why iwas getting alot of random freind rqst

He blocked instantly on discord because he knew I was the one he scammed. How could he know who I was if my discord account is deleted. That guy is lying all along.
He made up a all story. Ask me anything to prove he is lying I will try to provide it.
As he say. Why would I make this dispute ? Because he scammed me 750 $ of wow gold.

I think I got a fair chance to get back my money with your bank because you lied to your bank too.

This whole thing was a problem beucase i didnt verify who they were on epic before we made the transaction. They also had no history of previous transctions of ffxiv gil or rateings so that would have been a red flag that they were a scammer from the start. But made the mistake of not cheking them when they messaged me on discord to see if they were legit or how they found my info.

I found the chat and their id after searching for a bit through logs and asking support. I posted the id as well that they used. They blocked me after I paid with thier last message being "done" and vanished from discord didn't even meet ingame. But shows the whole conversation, dates, timestamps, and discord ids the same as the one I provided in my original message. You can ask the person making the false dispute to show the id posted in their images as well as more proof. I 100 percent guarantee its different and someone using broken English not even talking about ffxiv gil. I can also verify my discord and char used in the discussion as proof as well and iv haven't changed my discord id and everyone that ive dealt with successful buying or selling was with using that. It also matches my previous post of any other content as well.

In total i counted three discord they used so far but this one is the one they used in the scam. The other were sent after they sent that threat message in epic.

This was a 3-way scam. This discord belongs to Mercurial impersonator. He contacted @terell148 and @philadelphe at the same time took the gold from philadelphe and asked from terell148 to pay on the Paypal previously obtained from philadelphe.
I am sorry guys but you should check the discord before you decide to trade. Mercurial impersonator was mentioned so many times here that would be easy to find just that you spend a minute of your time to investigate

highlighted and edited. Plus he dont show the paypal email adress on chat discord screenshot. This is on purpose I guess. And this dont explain why he recognised my discord account. He didnt have to talk to me to know that i was the one who will talk about scam.
