I was scammed by a guy selling a sea of thieves account, after I sent the payment by PayPal friends and family he decided to say that he had a negative PayPal balance and couldn’t give me a refund. Then he deleted all his discord messages to me and blocked me.

[email protected] belongs to a known Slovenian scammer who was banned here multiple times. I am not sure how is connected with VIKR who is from Russia. Do you have any evidence that VIKR has been involved here?
