Information about the dispute:
The seller simply announced his pack of accounts and we agreed on a Skrill transfer. I transfered USD$35, and then he said it was his friends skrill. The money got locked up at skrill, he couldn't send it back to me, and he said his friend couldn't send the money to him! Big mess! Then he asked another $35 to conclude, and after that he said whatever, give me 17 euros and we have a deal. Of course I didn't gave him another $35 nor 17 euros. Scammer!

Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? This is my 2nd purchase here, 100% scammed in all of them.
