Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I bought account for him and then he asked refund me the money so could send it back as family and gift, so he could receive the money quicker and not have to wait. I already agreed to this so he sent me the money which I then kept it and return his account and told him why and provided proof to him that he has been banned previously.
