I need to report a scammer. He is called Codyy.
He was selling me a Guild Wars 2 cd key. He said I wasn't verified, and that I had to go first, with a gift. He said I had to pay by gift so that I couldn't chargeback. I didn't know what that was, so I went first. As soon as I had sent the payment, he logged off Skype, which we were chatting on, and blocked me. I have just sent him 20 dollars of my hard earned money, and now I feel like crying. I want my money back. But I cannot even set up a dispute. I cannot contact me, as he has blocked me.
Below is proof.
