You have to show proof, no evidence was posted.

1) Show payment proof that you bought the account and a boost, make sure the email is visible in the Paypal images.
2) Show chat logs that you gave the booster your login (you can block out the info) and that he said he was going to start boosting.
3) Show the profile of the person in the chat (Skype, right click their profile and select "Profile Details") so we can see who you were talking to.
