3. chacin sends wrong info
4. chacin removes icomexx from skype

I got problems with the account and internet, connected now. The money on paypal its on status blocked and i cant refund because i have only 40$ and i cant get the refund because doents have the complete money, if you want unblock the transaction, ill go refund you.

[HIDE=99999999999999999]I'm not very experienced in PayPal disputes, so I guess we should wait for a supermod/admin decision. My guess is that once he cancels the dispute you withdraw and disappear. This guy is really weird. he sells 5900 MMR acount for 70$ which normally sells for 200$ and also sells 7000 mmr for 150$ which sells for 1000+$. This is not how Paypal works, at all.

1) Paypal does not 'block' payments. They are either disputed or held. No matter what the status is, you can issue a refund at any time.

2) A refund is when the money recieved is returned to the buyer. If your account has $0, you can still issue a refund for the payment. You do not need $40 in your account to issue this refund.

Issue the refund within 24 hrs or you will be banned. icomexx do not cancel the dispute if you opened one.

A warning has been added to ChaciN's account.
