Hi everyone, I made a mistake and brought an account without middelman, I know its my problem, but I dont want more people get scam by this guy.

Im Attaching the payment, he sent the info (Does not work) and he block me on discord.

This does not show any proof what so ever. I gave him details which i tried myself 1 minute before i gave the account to him and then when he said " it didnt work for him " i logged in and sent him a screenshot again. The user was trying to get the account + money and i wasn't gonna let that happen

Why you blocked/removed him from discord before he confirmed that everything works?

He said it doesnt work so i logged in and showed him proof that it does. I try 5 mins later same details and the email isnt associated with any epicnpc account. This guy is trying to get money and an account. He could have used mm but his intentions are clear

i try the same details at around 3 15. it doesnt work. i try to reset my password. my account is not found...
then i try to login to the email i provided him and the password doesnt work.

@rantzy i am sorry but blocking the buyer before trying to resolve the issue is not show you as legit in this case.

2:41 AM login provided to the buyer
2:41 AM blocked message but from the next message you sent I can assume that buyer said that info was wrong
3:03 AM you said that you will check the info and return in the morning but you blocked him instead

Please submit a ticket to epic support and ask them what happened with the account. The ticket must include the info you provided to the buyer. Post an image with the ticket you sent and also an image with a reply as soon you receive it

@Angel ill unblock him but he already changed the details of the account when i tried it 5 minutes after i gave him proof. he changed the details. how can i login 5 minutes before and not login 5 minutes after same details. if hes innocent why did he change the details of the email if the account isnt legit??? he changed it cause the account is legit! ask him to show you the email accounts lol

Do you have any proof that he changed the email and account password and that you gave him the correct one?

I logged in with the same details to show him proof when he said it didnt work. When i try the same details 5 mins later, it doesnt work? Also does he have any proof that they didnt work?

He changed the details then logged in with old details ofcourse it wont work and thats what he gave for proof. I can make proof like that
 
What you want to say that you can't prove that you actually sent the right details. Please do as I asked above, submit a ticket and post the images with the same and with a response soon after support replies

Rantzy, please do the math, you have the money and I'm not asking for it back, you agreed to see with me the details next morning and you blocked me, doesnt sound very trustable.

- Can you explain why you blocked me? I have bought accounts before and sellers do not block their customers, they provide great costumer services. You dont.
- From the first minute I have problems to log in, and told about it. The emails you gave me for sure were fake because there was not a single email from epic games.
- On the other hand, please contact epic games and ask them to give you the login information on the account lets see if someone from Mexico logged in.
- Finally Im never ask to have my money back as you told, I just want the account information.

And you post all the log in information here, that is because you know that information is not the real one, someone who know the info is legit dont post the user and password.

also i went on epic games recovery and used the information but idk what you changed the email address to so i had to use the one i gave you

its not like youre going to accept the fact that you changed it anyway and i would rather not be talking to you cause youre trying to pull one over on me. let epic reply
 
I didnt ask for the money back right? so you have the money and I dont have the account. So who is losing right now?

I ask you to help me and you block me, it sound like you did a legit transaction?

he will recieve the response from epic not me, because if i used my email it would be related to my account. in the section asking for email i used [email protected] and ( in the notes mentioned [email protected] ) as it was the og email. both of which he has access to
 
You should add a third email address where you have the access and describe your inquiry as “Hacked Account / Unauthorized Purchase” in the last drop-down menu.
