I transfered him $150 in bitcoins, then he did not send account and said he would refund because he does not want to sell. He never returned back the account.

He's banned. Next time use TG. If you don't wish to use TG then the deal is always going to be at your own risk. You risked it, and you lost.

Sorry for your loss, don't gamble (as much) next time and use Trade Guardian.
