Scammer did chargeback right after I let him full account info. Good thing I asked to go as Services/Goods as always.
In our talks he aswell mentioned that he scared to buy from anyone and that he [30.04.2016 6:34:50] Kilosion: i crack 12 years steam accs[30.04.2016 6:35:01] Kilosion: i ******* 12 years steam accs
He asked me to delete any e-mails in front of Skype screenshare demonstration with this Steam account that he bought, so I can't block account. I did delete all e-mails with Skype screen demo.

I asked him to make payment with note "CSGO steam account LEM", he went with note "LEM 37". "i thought LEM would make u understand that i payed for it" he answered.

Scammer also left false negative feedback on my epicnpc account.

Can provide any proofs that needed.

Please, take a step.

Please provide proof of claims. Screenshot all chat logs, skype profile and payment.

Scammer talking how he cracking/stealing accounts, and asks me to delete all e-mails for this Steam account, so I can't block it. I did delete them, good thing Steam support got brain and helped me in this case.

Can you post the chat logs in an imgur album? The pics are really small, I was able to read some of it but not all. Just re-post the chat logs/skype name, the paypal info picture is fine.


If im reading the skype name correctly it is kilosion, which is linked to a banned user on our site.
The problem is, there is nothing linking Pand to the skype name "kilosion" unless im reading it wrong because of the small images.


I see that he did leave you feedback, so that is the proof of sale.

He has been notified.

The Pand account has an IP from Denmark
Kilosion + his multiple account have IPs from Canada.

That's exactly his nickname, so he deserves ban at least for multiacc.

I'm not in that kinda stuff, so I don't know how exactly does it work. All I know is I get zero conflict customers after this Alireza Khosravi aka kilosion aka Pand aka Shadow* guy.

Need any other info? We got pretty long Skype chat+Skype screenshare with this one. Can provide more if necessary.

Kilosion is a known scammer on our site.

Kilosion's IPs on his account + multiple account are from Canada. (Same with the paypal transaction, his address is listed in Canada)
Pand's IP is from Denmark.
Shadow*'s IP is from Singapore.

So obviously these are three different users. There is nothing linking Pand to Kilosion or vice versa.

Howard I believe Kilosion saw your skype in one of your threads ( even though he is banned, he can still read through forums and find skype names without being logged into an EpicNPC account )
He then contacted you on skype and proceeded to scam you.

Pand and Shadow both left negative feedbacks against your account.
This is why you believed they were involved...correct?

First of all he contacted me through Skype using Kilosion account, bought LEM account from me, next day he did chargeback on PayPal. Dispute took about 1 week, PayPal refunded him money with NO cost for me, that means they refunded money for me as well. After that he left negative feedback with Pand using URL thread which I marked as "Sold" once I sold account to him. 3 days later he left 1 more negative feedback using Shadow* for same URL thread. No doubt it's the same person because I sold only 1 LEM account in a while, and I got no conflict buyers in a long time. And this guy also knows a lot about how to scam (he even convinced PayPal to make chargeback by their own money), change IPs etc. He's not first day in this "industry".
In both feedbacks there is random comments which makes no sense esp for this URL thread about LEM account which was marked as SOLD like for week if I remember correctly.

Exactly the days when both feedbacks was left, so we can figure out that his Shadow* account was on forum like for 1 year+, but he didn't show up since he left feedback and Pand account is totally new made one. Only way to proof it's not him is contact Pand and Shadow* and make them proof their payment methods (PayPal+IDs or something). Pretty sure scammer got no PayPals/IDs for all 3 epicnpc accounts.

I'm 100% sure they aren't the same people. The person who scammed you is from Canada, Shadow* is from Korea, and Pan is from Denmark. They aren't using VPNs so there is no other way to change their IPs.

Right now i'm waiting on responses from both of them to confirm their payment methods, as well as explain why they left you negative feedback.
 
So i've figured out what was going on.
Shadow just responded to me and has shown me proof of being scammed by the user AlucardxGun.

AlucardXGun had a fake feedback link on his thread. When clicked, the link would bring up another user's feedback page. In this case, it brought up your feedback page.Both Pand, and Shadow had messages in their inbox sent to Alucard saying they were going to report him. They went to his thread and he had the fake link at the top.
When Shadow and Pand clicked that link, it brought them to your feedback page. They left you feedback thinking it was AlucardxGun.

I believe he changed it, so now it's linked to a different user.

I'm going to remove those feedbacks they gave you.

I fully believe you were scammed by kilosion. As I said before, even though his EpicNPC account was banned, he was able to browse through the forums without being logged in.
He saw your skype on your thread, and just contacted you from skype.

From now on I recommend you either verify who you're talking to on skype through PMs, or at least take your skype off your threads and ask the potential buyers to send you their skype through our site.
Many users get scammed due to this.
