Nature of Fraud/Scam: Bought a hi3 account on 10th July 2020, tries to refund 5 days after.
Estimated Value Lost: $65
Timeline Description: Contacted me on 10th July, buys on that same day. Never had any contact after that day, but he just sneakily tries to refund 5 days after (I wasn't aware of it until today).
