Scam!! Astrom10 Took $140 and never sent me my coc base

epicnpc user: Astrom10 was suppose to sell me a th10 maxed out clash of clan base. I offered 200 but then I had issues with PayPal so I offered him 140 and he said that was ok which I figured was a real blessing. Astrom10 would continue to check to see if the payment was posted but as soon as the payment went through Astrom10 instantly stopped responding to my messages. He would just read them and not reply so now I'm out of 140 and I have no coc base. Please becareful on who you buy from and if someone's says to use email: Anton-1991hotmail.com RUN.
