next day BradleyMiller disputes paypal payment claiming account was recalled

You both have confirmed a sale was made, payment sent and account info given.

1) What is the sell URL?
2) Nylek are you the OO?
3) Nylek what information did you provide BradleyMiller? only login and email?
4) Nylek why didn't you stay online in the chat until BradleyMiller confirmed everything was okay? how do you know he was able to login to the account in the first place if you left right away?

Nylek please recover the account and update once you have it.

i didnt stay online as you can see from the convo that i had to leave for work, i told him this before we begang and he said we had plenty of time, turns out his "dad" was slow sending the cash, 2nd i cannot "recover" this account as its an Uthgard account and not an EA/mythic account, once you change the email/password you controle the account 100% + its not allowed to sell/trade uthgard account so should i try and get it back from staff it will be banned for selling/trading, and yes iam the original owner of said account.
i gave him account info + password , email + password to email so he could change the email on the account

Then you should not have done the exchange at the time. It is the sellers responsibility to confirm the account info exchange was successful, because you left immediately after giving info, you cannot confirm it was a success.

i cannot "recover" this account as its an Uthgard account and not an EA/mythic account, once you change the email/password you controle the account 100% + its not allowed to sell/trade uthgard account so should i try and get it back from staff it will be banned for selling/trading, and yes iam the original owner of said account.

Tell them your email was hacked and the account stolen. Im sure they will help.

oki, so i managed to recover it, however the account have been completly stripped all items/plat everything has been removed from the account, so i guess this was the plan from the beginning...

I still don't know who's lying in this matter so I need more info before I issue a ban to anyone.

1) Check the blizzard support tickets on the account you just recovered and post a screenshot of the list or send me the login info and I'll check myself. If BradleyMiller is telling the truth there should be a recent recall ticket there, if not then he was likely lying about the recall.

2) Post a screenshot of the ticket you opened to recover the account, if you called in there should still be a support recap ticket.

its not a blizzard account and there is no official support ticket as its a private free shard server...

the "ticket" was done thru uthgard website by pming a staff member asking to restore the account, they did and linked it to a new email and changed the password,i cannot post a ss of the msg on the forum as it would be to damn easy for a staff member to figure out what account it is and ban it, as it is agains their own rules to sell/buy account on their server(anyone who have even done deal with uthgard accounts con confirm this).

Hey - This is complete bull****. This is Bradley's father writing this. This kid (Nylek) sent false information to me. Neither the username/password for the email worked nor did the account information. When checked on uthgard to reclaim the password for the account it says there is NO EMAIL associated to the account. I will attach screen shots form PayPal to this thread in addition to the rest of the conversation that Bradley had with this guy after the money was sent, and it was not LATE as he says. Bradley is asking for the right username and password and no response. We attempted the next day to communicate with him again, no response. That is also included. I have also emailed him on his paypal account, no response. This is money that Bradley worked hard for. We have never logged into the account because the username and password did not work. We have also made two other purchases through EpicNPC with no issues, one for Plat and one for a character. Both went without a hitch. I can give you the information to check with those users if you'd like. Everything above that Nylek wrote is a lie. None of it is true. It's really ridiculous.

Hello - I don't know how to post a picture. Please send me information to do so and I will showing the payment is made and the dispute from PayPal. I have an idea. Why don't you give the admin the username/password for the account on Uthgard which has the "stripped" character. It should be a 6L7 50 ranger. I'd be interested to see if there is actually an account at all with a lvl 50 ranger that has no equipment etc... That seems fair to me. Perhaps we should all get on a phone call together? I'm up for that as well. I'd love to talk to Nylek personally.

Also, Nylek mentions that Bradley said we had "plenty of time" but the real conversation was that he said that to Bradley. Also, there IS an official ticket system at Uthgard to recover lost accounts. http://www.uthgard.net, it's a link on the front page. He's lying through his teeth. Please admins, please help us out here. We have made 2 other purchases through this site, both successful. Please check previous purchases with Nylek.

First off the Official recovery on uthgards website is only to recover password and or account name, if your account have been stolen like mine was it will do you no good as it will send a new password to the exsiting email on the account, to recover an account that had email changed you will have to contact uthgard staff...

now i cal allso make up fals cha logs, but the fact of the matter is ive been online on skype ever since you stole my account and not once have you been online to respond to me.

and in respond to letting a admin login to my account i have no problem with that, but it wont be fore the next few days as uthgard staff tracs ip and considering the account was just stolen a brand new ip will get flagged and most likely get the account banne for trading.(yes they do that just go on irc and ask a staff member)

and no i never said we had plenty of time, i said from the beginning i had to go in 10 min, and in the pm on this site he said we had plenty of time but he wanted to wait for his dad.. oh i did say at one point we had plenty of time but that was in regards to we didnt have to do the deal said day but your kid wanted to do it th same day, thats thhe problem with little spoild brats they have no patience

Have the admin verify that you have a lvl 50 Ranger 6L7 on Uthgard, with or without gear, and send us the username/password. That's all we wanted in the first place. I don't need to go back and forth with you on this. Calling Bradley a spoiled child is probably accurate, but has no bearing on this exchange. It was his money but my PayPal account. I emailed you right after this happened and you haven't responded, we have sent messages on Skype as well (they are not faked, you idiot). Admin, if you'd like I can send you the e-mail I sent to Nylek's PayPal account right after this happened (I think on the day after). Nylek, you are getting all agitated, I can see that with your typing and grammar. Listen, kid, just give us the username/password for the account, there is no email set on it (as far as Uthgard is concerned) so don't worry about trying to come up with a fake email address. Send the admin the username/password, have him verify, then send it to us. I'll release the block on the funds from PayPal and we'll all go our separate ways. That's all we wanted anyway.

Can you provide a character name to verify the level and realm rank? If I do a search at Uthgard for "drax" or "draxious" I don't see any lvl 50 rangers...
