Other information: Discord nickname of biomedic Mercy#1006, also he has a message in epicnpc. He got block because of trash talking me in discord. I'm feeling he wants to take everything from me because i'm new to the server/selling

What is the dispute about? Biomedic refunds the payment in paypal because of him getting banned.

Other details / notes: The account of the character have never been banned before, only got banned after the character transfer. I advise him every time about the ban and he also accept it.

Other proof: He only refounds because he wanted to play in my shaman account, also he wanted the region change while he plays in the account meanwhile he refounds because i said there's no guarantee of region changing and his new account got banned.

To be clear this is the chain of events and the version that I provided PayPal:

Paid for Priest transfer to fresh account on PayPal July 18 before I slept.
Fresh account was banned on July 18 at 5:09am.
Main account that the character was transferred from was also banned (not my account).

No time spent on account.
Seller initially said he would compensate, but then changed his tune.

Screens showed by seller are deceptive and not the full story. I encourage a full video of logs.

Doesn’t make sense because many other sellers still able to sell their wow accounts.
This seller offers illicit activities like name and region changes on forums.

Screenshots of scam seller refunding everything on the account - probably initiated the ticket for recall and refund a few days ago.

These just came through and got authorised by GM.
 
This video shows that the R$ 70,00BRL is not getting reversal
The owner was selling a priest and a paladin with me, which is still posted with me, but when he sold the priest he tried to move his paladin to wow 2 account and when he got banned on the paladin, he retrieve the money of this paladin, but not of the priest, if you look at the dates which is showing in the following image

there is 11:00 hours difference between, his print screen shows exactly the time difference, so when he posted the 3:55 AM means its 2:55 PM for me.

Lol, the account is closed - which means you can't make a ticket with that account anyways.

A ticket needs to be made from any other account - @HDN you can try making a ticket from your own account.

The onus is on you as the seller to do this. I can provide info for you to logon and do the unban.

I have said several times I will provide you the account details - you are the seller mate... I'm not going to do your job for you.

You just want to take the money while I do all the work to unban your account???
 
The only one that can do the account recovery is you, it will be done by your computer IP, with your ID, it's safer doing it, because the account was banned with your ID, if i try to unban with my IP they will know.

Fine - if you insist - write me specific instructions on what to say and do for the unban.

we can use the same method as your friend to keep it consistent
