You are the real scammer here.
You did on purpose to hold transaction paypal on condition on hold. So you can take your money back after i give you my account.

Paypal security hold is not something new here, it happens often with international and new account payments. I can't say that there is any intention to scam but we can resolve this easily if the seller refund the payment back

Thank you for explaination, it's the first time i have problem like this. Usually i get transfered money from buyer directly, and not in status on hold like this.

Even though the money on hold status. Buyer should have wait for the money transfered for two days. And don't accused me for scammer him. I already said before trade. I'll give the account after the money transfered in my paypal account, so if the money is hold i will not give any account to the buyer, that's the problem here.

If buyer have a little patience, this problem wil not occur.
