What is the dispute about?
I wanted to purchase $200USD of gems from Astral for Shop Titans. To reduce the risk of me getting scammed and me losing money, I was going to do 4 payments of 50USD so that way If I do get scammed, it wouldn't be for an insane amount. Once I transferred the first amount (50USD) Astral was asking outrageous questions like "Accio is invictus I was told" "You a Kabam Mod?" which I am neither (https://prnt.sc/ttj3lw) They then proceed to accuse me of scamming for 200USD worth of gems when I only paid 50, which i explicitly said ill do it in increments of 50 and just do 50USD worth of gems each time (https://prnt.sc/ttj4hu)
After about an hour of them not responding nor giving the things I paid for, i suspected it was a scam and they accused me of scamming and being an alt account (https://prnt.sc/ttj52x) (https://prnt.sc/ttj580) i only have one account and forever will have one account. Here is also proof of myself and Astral talking about the deal before I could pay (https://prnt.sc/ttj5tj) They deleted the message but the email I sent the money to via Paypal is [email protected]
