What is the dispute about? There is no account linked to the email address given, when I used it too log into google play then open MSF it took me straight to the tutorial as if that account had never been used to play the game before!

Other details / notes:
Originally he said the account was linked to Facebook but then he did a u turn on that when I said there was no Facebook account under that email.

I have left the email and password the same as what the guardian sent me so u can access the game a check it out as well

This is some common issue what is happening with MSF accounts. @Mulac11 please contact support and try to solve this.

i would try to solve this if,if we dont solve i wouls offer him another acc or refund money.

Just got the following from support, I did message @Mulac11 this morning but am still awaiting a response, I’m pretty much stuck without the info from him.

He did message me on discord yesterday asking where to find the player I’d and said he would come back to me, but nothing since. Without this I don’t hold out much hope of anything from support
