What is the dispute about?
On Dec 25th, I posted a thread looking for an Identity V account I could buy. I got a friend request from Staul on Dec 24h, and conversation started on Dec 25th. They offered an account for $100 which sounded too good to be true so I decided to bait them into revealing they're a scammer. I asked what they wanted to do regarding a middleman. They tell me to send half the payment on paypal, then they give me the account, and then I send the other half, completely ignoring my question. I push to pay through Trade Guardian so I can find out their epicNPC username, but they give me an attitude and double down on paying through fnf on paypal. At that point I decide to look up their Email and see a post warning about them while their account is seemingly still up? Hence why I'm opening the dispute!
Other details / notes: As I mentioned previously, this is not a one-time thing. Another user made a thread on it with their own screenshots showing the same behaviour. A mod replied with their EpicNPC username, which is how I got it. I found the thread after googling the scammer's Email address. Link:
