Describe the problem: Pretty straight forward, Atelier Resleriana account. Link above, he deleted post right after payment. Screenshot of post below. Also screenshots of beginning of conversation, screenshot of his email, also you can clearly see the discord tag is the same as the one in post. Unfortunately the account creation date being today should've been a dead giveaway, but its 15 bucks and I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Idk how this guy managed to get 24 positive feedbacks.

Weirdly enough the screenshot of payment from paypal only shows name and not the email, so I'll add this just to be clear I didn't send it to some random person. It's to the exact email he sent me.

Refunds is unimportant it's literally 15 bucks, but to let an account with a decent amount of positive reviews roam free and scam is not the play.

EpicNPC provides free dispute resolution services for Trade Guardian disputes only. Members must you one of our Trade Guardian services for an investigation to be conducted.

For all other types of disputes where Trade Guardian was not used, we will only conduct an account review on the accused member. If we find them to be a known scammer or previously banned, we will ban them. However no investigation to the actual dispute will be conducted.
