What is the dispute about?
I wanted to purchase an in-game item from Letru (worth 90$). I wished to use the trade guardian service but since this specific game has a very small user base, no MM was found. I contacted the support and they said I should cancel the trade guardian if no MM will be found after 24 hours, so I did. Then we agreed on a half upfront - half after delivery payment with Letru. After I completed the transaction for the first installation (45$), they changed mind and said they want the second part of the payment also before delivery. I said no. Then he agreed on to refund the initial payment since the deal was not completed. I sent him the details where to refund but he did not refund me ever since. Now he won't even reply to my messages. I sent them a payment request but they declined.
