It has lots of SSR ships, the only missing ones are Avrora(you get her for free during the 1st anniversary), Maya(which is a drop ship, you only need to farm her), Zuikaku from Visitors Dyed in Red, Akashi(you only need to finish her quests to get her) and Duke of York(from the current event).
The account has the 2nd floor unlocked with 5 dorm slots, 3 training slots for the academy, lots of skins, married ships, about 600 gems left(548 + 59 in the mail) and 50 letters unopened. Price: $100 not negociable, Paypal Family and Friends, either buyer goes first or they pay for a middleman.
