You can easily level up these characters without any efforts. All you have to do is use the feature 'Retrieve EXP', which cost 200k Silverstars per Crystal Ball (filled with EXP). These characters have a lot of Silverstars, so that's not a problem at all. The higher the level, the more items they can bet on. If they reach Lv85, you can also farm materials for crafting scrolls.
