What is the dispute about?
I paid $125 USD for the seller to grind on my account for 12 hours, for 2 weeks.
Other details / notes:
I paid them twice - once on 8/10/2019 - and once on 8/27/2019. Both times, I paid them $125 USD.
The agreed upon term was that they would grind my account on Black Desert Online for a total of $350 a month. Since there are 4 weeks to a month, I paid them $125 every 2 weeks.
They provided service only up until 8/31/2019. When I tried to contact them, they haven't been online for days.
