Safe selling with paypal?

I am currently about to sell my world of warcraft account and of course the person wants to use paypal. And I am aware that it is very easy for people to withdraw payments. What are some things that I can know that make me harder to scam. Is there a way to make them verify a payment with their identity so that they can not withdraw a payment. And whats the time frame that it can be withdrawn?

Any help would be... helpful thank you.

I just had the worst time with paypal, twice people tried to reverse payments / unauthorized access, it's horrible...


Best bet is to make sure who your talking to is really the person they say, get their address, photo id, and call on the phone.

Most safe. paypal is scampal.
