<span style="font-family: 'Georgia'">I was thinking about making a few RAF accounts to sell in the future, but before I start I have a few questions. Any opinions, suggestions, comments, etc would be helpful. I've read a few of the guides and just need a few things cleared up. Thanks in advance!

Basically, I want to sell multiple accounts I will be the OO of, but I know using the same information isn't a good idea. How much should I be changing the name and address? I want to still be able to verify I am the OO, but I don't want multiple accounts locked up if one of my buyers gets banned for a TOS violation. Or something goes wrong in the transaction process. Etc.
Different first name, same last? Same address, different address? Etc. What do other people do to get around this?
I also realize that getting the account back after something happens to it could be a bigger issue this way. Thoughts?

Obviously, if I sell to someone I’d want to verify THEIR information. I’d assume that they want to do the same for me.
Can I still be verified if I do not live at my current billing address, and do not have a land line at my apartment? My cell phone is also sharing plans with a family member, so its not under my name. Obviously my ID does still show my billing address though.

If I don't want to use paypal, what is the best way to gain rep so that non-scamming buyers will trust me? I'm already looking into TWV. If I use paypal, I'll get PP Verified.
Looking at the forums, one of my best thoughts was powersellers, they seem to have the rep to be trusted, and while I'll have to sell lower it looks like a good idea for rep building and starting off.

Little ways off I know, but, anyone have a good policy on this? Do you give refunds? If so, time for how long they have to get a refund? Also, is their anyway to know why the ban got slapped on the account?
I've been playing for 2-3 years and have never even received a warning, so, I don't really know what happens.</span>
