sabotage false feedback. this is confirm a misunderstand

The most funny and troll feedback. This is definitely a misleading and sabotage. I think this guy got some misunderstand and see wrong person or message toward me. In the negative feedback he claim that,
1. He said i blocked his discord. Hello, I never block him or anyone. After end conversation i just unfriend it because discord friend limit is full. Before unfriend, we will sent a invitation discord server link to ask them join in order future they can message me and find me anytime. I do this pattern and method to everyone at discord.
2. He 100% confirm never read discord message or never try add me back as friend. He just saw when cant message me then straight away said i blocked him and give me this negative feedback. OMG truly. Actually he just can click the discord server link then already can message me back or even add me back as friend. Even he can message me at epicnpc. But he dint do it at all and just give me a negative feedback sabotage me claiming i block him. =)

3. He claim that he got bought an account with me before and said the account ban, then giving me this false feedback said i scam him and wont return any money, ignoring him, lying and scamming while block him.
OMG, hello bro, This guy never message me or never contact me at discord or even at epicnpc here regarding he got buy with me before and account get ban. and never claim and ask for refund and telling me what happen. But he straight away go claim that i scam him, ignoring him, lying and sell him scam account. Even said i blocked him.

4. He never contact or message me. I dont even know what is happening. How could said this is scam? how could said this is fake?
everyday we sold so many account. I dont even know what account and game he bought with me before.

5. He just suddenly give this false sabotage negative feedback without asking me, telling me, or even finding me or go asking what is happening by straight away claim I blocked him and scam him.

6. Hi bro. if discord you cant reach me, you can message me anytime at epicnc here. But why you dint do it?

7. Lastly, If he REALLY GOT BUY ANY ACCOUNT WITH ME BEFORE AND GET BAN, we will see what is happening and will REFUND money anytime. Previously all customer who bought account with me before get ban because the game company itself not allow account selling and transferring still able to get refund with us even is not our wrong.

But in conclusion i seem this guy Jeruki (YOU) is having a real intention to create war, creating problem and issue to me by just simply release your anger at here by giving false / sabotage feedback claiming i block you. i scam you, i ignoring you. money get scam and no refund.

but in fact is, YOU NEVER CONTACT US NEVER MESSAGE US AT DISCORD OR EVEN AT EPICNPC. NEVER TELLING US WHAT HAPPEN AT ALL. I EVEN DONT KNOW WHAT ACCOLUNT GAME YOU BUY AND WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE.

I know you are nervous and maybe got some misunderstanding but your action like this is very rude and no respect toward me. You are just simply scolding withouth checking. You like this is not solving the issue but is creating a problem.

So please remove the feedback. Totally a misunderstanding and false issue.

Here is all the proof. Proof of purchase. Proof of ban. But they did refund me my order so I'll remove my feedback on the profile. Next time please make sure to advertise that there's a high chance that the account gets banned. From a customer perspective it's of course going to be shocking and alarming if I see my account got banned right after buying it. I'll recind my feedback. We both responded in immature and non professional ways, however I do recommend that you as a seller try to act more professional. It looks better on the business and definitely will ensure better customer support. Thanks for your cooperation and have a great rest of your day. Let me know if you need any more info from me.

I understand your nervous. Just sometime u need to understand that our account is legit and no booting. So no point to advertise such as high risk ban.
You need to know actually buying or selling accounts from third party is all the while not allow by game company. If the game company's decide ban any selling or buying account then this is not our fault and cant call as high risk ban

From moment we selling and buying account actually is breaking the gaming company rules. So this is cant prevent. You cant took the blame on us for not mention high risk ban on this issue.

But if your account ban due booting. Mod or hack illegal method then yes is our fault and our risk of ban

Lastly i never had any intention to bring this up also. At first i got message you but i was waiting more than 24 hours also dint get your reply yet only decide to bring it up to here. Hope you understand.
