i was scammed by one of his workers for 110m and he refuses to refund me even after saying he would.

i was recommended to dignity's site and having him on skype + seeing him around in the market on different sites i decided i would check their rates and use it if decent. I was offered $2.1/m which was the best rate i'd gotten that day and took it. The operator was hat and after i traded the money i was hit offline. I rushed to a public place(subway) to try and get my money and once in hat asked for my paypal i gave and then boom i get hit offline there. Finally i went to tim hortons another public place and after a few disconnections nothing more than a couple seconds the chat went offline and i didn't get a single cent or gp.

Dignity is responsible just as much as hat is as it is his website and hat was appointed by him.
