Ruby shark left negative feedback for no reason

I have made a previous request about this but nothing got done about it and now I have just found out that the feedback ruby shark left was for a trade I supposedly had with him for the first error in the feedback
1/ no deal was completed
2/ he states he changed his password and gave my account back
3/ the trade was for an ios pd account ( I don't have ios only android)
4/ I have never asked for a trade with this person nor have any intentions in having something for ios when it would be useless to me

So please can it be removed as it is having affect on my selling and trading capabilities when it is a feedback that shouldn't even be on there

He sets two step verification on his accounts. When he gave me the email and pass, he told me the verification code I needed. I then gave him my account pass, and his account needed another verification code for pass change, so I changed my password back. Then, I gave him the account back, because I really wanted the deal, and he didn't respond back.

He stated you gave him the login + verification code, however when he accessed your account and attempted to change the password another code was needed. He then took his account back because you didn't reply to him.

Once any info is exchanged a trade is initiated so feedback can be given.

Post post the full chat logs where you provide him with the login info + verification code. I want to see where he asks you for the 2nd verification code.

If you read the Last point I have never traded with this person I have no use for a ios account look at all my prev posts I only deal with android accounts which is why I'm confused about the claim as I wouldn't want a ios account and I have looked on kik on line and on Skype and I don't have any messages from him either I have managed to delete them or it does not exist if the person in question could provide a copy that would be great but I seriously have no conversations with this person

I see no contact between you and rubyshark, however why did you wait over a month to report the feedback if you never talked?

You received the feedback on Feb 28th and you were activate that day and on March 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Why didn't you report the feedback then? You were online every day.

I have only just found out what it was about as I was recently told how to find out what the feedback was regarding so I was trying to find out why I had received the feedback because if it had been legit I would have had my self to blame for it but I done some searching and realised what the feedback was regarding and I was confused once I seen that it was for ios if it was for android then somewhere down the line I did have a few problems with someone but we resolved that so I thought maybe it could have been that but when it was regarding an ios account I knew for certain that it was incorrect
