Has since recovered the account

Originally bought a RS3 account. Even with authenticator and email, receipts of membership payments and card information, the account as of this morning had been recovered a year and a half after the transaction took place. I am unable to gain access of the account even with all the data from the past year and a half. The ONLY person capable of doing this is the original owner. Would avoid doing business with this person.
