pretty sure this guy is a scammer.

as he wanted payment over paypal i told him that if i did not get the email saying he had changed the account to my email with in 5 minutes of sending the money i would recall it. I told him not to try and scam me as i would just recall my money if i didn't recieve the account quickly after payment was sent. He then blocked me.
