Took my money and ran. Deleted his thread.

No. He couldn't log in. I still have access to it and linked multiple security verifications. Had to wait the 20 minute for password attempt failures.

The thing with MM is that they make sure to change all passwords and unbind everything they can when they receive the account before I make the transaction payment.

Hence, when I received it after paying, I immediately changed the password, etc.

 

I bought his account just awhile ago and I obviously used a TG middleman because it was a shady deal. Good thing I did. He did mention about not using TG, but I wouldn't trust anyone if its not a well known member with multiple ratings/known ratings. A small fee is ALWAYS worth it to be safe.

He might be trying to get some money back after he sold it without realising how TG MM works. He didn't really know the process so he couldn't scam and went through with it.

After the transaction, the GI account was immediately frozen because he tried to log back in with multiple password attempts.

I DMed him and he told me that he was making "sure" it was all changed.

I linked 3 verifications and changed the PW to ensure the account security.


Sorry for the loss, but you should always use a MM if they aren't a known member. Its better to be safe. The process is easy even if they don't know how to. There's clear cut instructions when using a MM. It's really easy overall.

I had a convo with this seller and the sale didn't go through. Red flags everywhere. Sorry you got scammed by him.
