I accept to do his requested gfx job, he offers me 50$ and I accept. Its a deal.
Deal is 50$ for a lot of GFX banners done for his website InstantXboxcards

After 2 days of working, updating, redoing em all as he requested. (He changed his mind and didn't want special designs, he wanted simple pictures of the right size with US and UK flags, etc), he agrees that the job is completed and asks for my paypal.

I wake up the next day and asks him why I didn't receive the money, he asks for a few redone, wich I do for him and he liked them.

But then says thats its gonna be probly 25$, or maybe 20$. So I accepts, not really happy... but of course, he doesn't send it either

Then, after 5 days of him ignoring me, I mean...after 2 days of him not responding, I made a new aim account, contacted him as a customer and he responded, then I went back on my aim and he didn't respond at all.


So I tell him that im going to open a scam report. SUDDENTLY he awnsers:

So I asks him AGAIN why I have received no money, nor his friend ''who's suppose to send the money'' isn't either sending it or responding.

Then he says he just called him, and finally, he's going to pay me 10$.


CLIFFS:
1. He contacts me for GFX work
2. Offers me a job for 50$
3. I do all the requested job, he asks for my paypal
4. The next day, I received no money, but he's asking for more work, and now its 25$
5. Then its not 25$ anymore, its 20$
6. 5 days of ignoring passes
7. I menace him of filling a scam report, he awnsers
8. Now he offers me 10$ for the work.


I have done all his work, and he did not pay me a dime.
I request 25$, wich is already half of what you promised.

Unfortunately, this user is not capable of producing the work that we needed for some of the images. Yes, we have the two banners up and like them and will pay for those. For the rest, its not going to happen. We can pay for those two or simply take them down, its up to you.

Okay. So your telling me if you go to an auto shop to have your car engine fixed and pay $500, drive it off the lot and it breaks again, your still going to pay them the $500 with no argument right?

The work was elementary, it was not professional quality as agreed upon. We don't pay for something that someone rushed to put together not caring how they turned out.
 
Need logs with the agreements. A time frame would be nice as well.

The thing you did not read is that, at first, I did some good looking ones, with a design.
But Rofltrolley decided he wanted simple pictures. Theres not much you can do for them to look professionnal, he only wanted pictures streched.

Pay me for the 2 banners that you are using and i'll be happy.
20$ will do.
 
So the banners are being used unpaid? Now, I may not be a valuer of art and whatnot... but rofltrolley, if you are going to argue the payment, at the very least don't use the pictures for the time being. If you are going to continue to keep the banners up, then pay the $20 that Festergut is requesting.
 
Thank you. Thread Locked. In the future, please have an agreement solidified so that this type of complications does not occur.
