This guy tried to scam me and a friend into buying currency for him in trade of his WoW account he doesn't even have. His excuse for not showing in game was that he was at "Work". I doubt this after what happened. He said there was also no time on the account and that he would add a month. Kind of hard when you don't even have the account to add it to. He said that we buy him the EVE currency first then he will give us the information. Wouldn't show us in game, wouldn't let us log in. After about 2 hours I convinced him to atleast switch the email address to our email address because we were about to pay, and as I was filling out the payment information I think to check if he actually switched it or not. Turns out he didn't add any account to my email address. So I call him out on it and he accuses me of being a scammer. I tell him I'm going to post it all over the forums that he is a scammer and don't do business with him and he signs off MSN. Then he makes a post in his thread making up all these lies, saying he let us log on the account, gave us people he has done business with to talk to. In fact he said that he has only done business with 1 person online and would only let us talk to that person which I don't doubt was probably him on a different name or one of his friends. We didn't talk to the person because we suspected this. Luckily we figured it out RIGHT before we got scammed out of $180.
