I messaged him my discord and he added me. I exchanged with him my budget and he sent me pictures and we did the deal about an hour later. After I sent him the payment he sent me fake details and instantly blocked me and changed his discord ID.

I sent him an inbox on the forums with my discord tag. He added my tag, which was never posted anywhere else on the site. There was no way any random person could've found my discord and knew I was looking for the account. He read my inbox, and locked the thread as soon as he blocked me.

His discord name when he added me was Callahan and he changed it within minutes.

By using a discord you guys are placing our stuff in a very hard position where sometimes we can't prove anything, like in your case. Now we have your word against his because i am unable to prove to whom this discord and cashapp belongs. I am sorry there is not enough evidence that you are scammed by this member, i hope that this will change your mind in the future and that you will stop using discord for trade.
