Ripslyme is a scammer.

Ripslyme is his name on here and AIM name is Ripslyme669. We traded accounts but before we exchanged secret answers he took his account back and before I could get mine he had my character transfered to his server and on a different account.

Last I checked (which was a while ago) You can't transfer to another server, and then transfer to a new account unless it's been 6 months to the prior transfer. Got any logs?

You can transfer from one account to another and server to server at the same time. If you only do one, you have to wait the 6 months.

How does blizzard deal with problems like this if I report it.

If you are the original owner of the account that the character was transferred off of, they will usually close both accounts, and require you to fill out and mail/fax a form to them, along with a copy of your ID.

They don't always return the character to your original account, and they don't allow you to keep the new account that the character was transferred to.
