He sold me the game account and said he had no access to the email.
He then used the email to change the password to the game account.

All communication was in chat. You can verify that the password he gave me no longer works by trying to log in at www.gaijin.net

I have attached a screen cap of the invalid password page on Gaijin.net.
I'm assuming you have access to my Chat conversation with the user, where you can see that he has not responded. If for any reason you don't, I will screenshot it all.
Chat Log Screenshots (make sure username is visible, not display username): Do you need this if it was a chat conversation on this site?
Payment Screenshots (make sure the accused email is visible): Paypal screenshot attached.
Other proof: I documented anything you need - Just let me know. NOT the first time I've been scammed on this site.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Yes, in our chat near the top, he said he created the account.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) He gave me the email address and password to the in-game client. He did NOT provide the password to the hotmail account. This can be verified in the chat.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 9 days.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. I can no longer log in to file support tickets with the game support service.
